The dried fruit and sherry famous of the Tevasa Casks chosen by Bob Dalgarno; the spicy ginger of the Jose Miguel Martin Casks chosen by Sommelier Josep Roca; the wealthy inexperienced wooden and toffee flavours of the Diego Martin Casks chosen by head chef Joan Roca; and the sunshine vanilla and citrus notes of the Vasyma American oak casks chosen by pastry chef Jordi Roca come collectively in Version No.2 to type wealthy layers of heat and sophisticated flavours.
