Highland Park Whisky

The distillery has been producing whisky since 1798 and is known for using locally-grown barley and peat from Orkney to give its whiskies a unique character and flavor. Highland Park whiskies are aged in oak casks for a minimum of 12 years, and the distillery offers a range of expressions, including a 12-year-old, a 15-year-old, an 18-year-old, and a 21-year-old. The whisky has a reputation for being smooth and well-balanced, with notes of heather, honey, and smoke. It is often enjoyed neat or on the rocks, and can also be used as a base for cocktails.
